No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies. countrybestblog.com SO YUMMY

These No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies are my favorite cookie to make. They always turn out so yummy and I can’t get enough! The original recipe was saved years ago onto my Pinterest ‘Yum Yum’ board and I use it all the time. For the original recipe link: CLICK HERE it’s from backtothecuttingboard.com

In the original post she mentions placing them inside cookie cutters, and I knew I had to try it out with my cowboy styled one’s!

Sometimes The Cowkids won’t let me take pictures of them… rude.

Check out the awesome recipe below!

No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

2 cups sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk

1 tsp Vanilla
1 cup Peanut Butter
3+ cups quick oats (I use a smidge more than 3 cups)

I forgot to put the milk in the photo, so I hope you appreciate my photoshop skills using the rectangle thingy

Directions:

  1. Place sugar, butter, chocolate chips, and milk in a medium saucepan (pot) over medium heat on the stove. Continue to stir every so often and bring to a boil. Cook 1 minute.
  2. Remove from heat and start adding and stirring in one by one the Vanilla, Peanut Butter, and quick oats.
  3. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper and leave to cool and form. This takes anywhere form 1/2 hour to a couple of hours depending on cookie size and your preference. You could also put them into your cookie cutters and remove when solid enough to create awesome shapes! Once set, you can place them with wax paper in between each layer in a lid sealed container.

Hope you enjoy the yumminess!
